All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is securely handled by our third-party gateway partner, Razorpay. By initiating a transaction on Medtalas, you agree to be bound by Razorpay's terms and conditions.
Contributor Obligations
Contributors warrant that submitted material is original, accurately cited, and free of patient-identifying information. Medtalas may remove any resource that fails editorial review.
Limitation of Liability
Medtalas is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medtalas is not liable for any clinical decision made on the basis of material accessed through the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any transactions managed through Razorpay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in India.
