Limited Exceptions
We will review refund requests in the following cases: duplicate purchases of the same title, a corrupted file that cannot be replaced, or a resource withdrawn from the catalogue within 24 hours of purchase.
If a refund is approved under these circumstances, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, tracking Razorpay's standard processing cycles.
